Tesla is moving Cybercab from stage demos into public robotaxi operation in Austin, Texas — the sharpest real-world test yet of Elon Musk’s camera-only, no-steering-wheel autonomy bet. The two-seat, gull-wing vehicles run a modified Full Self-Driving stack monitored by remote operators rather than a safety driver in the cabin.
