Product themes are faster first-run setup (reuse ChatGPT/Claude subscriptions, API keys, local models), a rebuilt browser app that opens straight into conversation, multiplayer shared cloud sessions for handing work between people, and safer defaults after a year of “butler agents” living on real inboxes. Timing collides with viral stories about agents deleting mail — 2.0 is partly a maturity bid for the same category.
