General Intuition is reportedly in talks to raise funding at a $6 billion pre-money valuation, with Valor Equity Partners, Point72 Ventures, and Seven Seven Six among new investors, according to TechCrunch. Existing investors including Khosla Ventures and General Catalyst are also participating. The startup is building a foundation model for agents that move through space and time, which puts it in the physical AI and robotics lane instead of only chatbots or coding tools.
The number is striking because TechCrunch says the talks come only weeks after General Intuition raised $320 million at a $2.3 billion valuation. If the round closes near the reported level, it would show how quickly investor attention is moving from text models to embodied agents and robotics infrastructure.
